ROOM FOR A YOUNG ADULT

The task was to devise a conceptual solution for a young girl who highlighted discrete tones as the only criterion in the design. Since the room is smaller, it was necessary to design a floor plan that will not clutter the space with larger pieces of furniture. We achieved this by placing a smaller dresser in a decor of a lighter wood color and white surfaces. We completed the look of the room with an upholstered bed of smaller dimensions. On the wall next to the bed, a wallpaper with a romantic floral pattern was placed, which created a pleasant atmosphere in the bedroom. Although the client's wish was to use more discreet colors, we chose a shade of soft blue for the wall color, which contributed to creating warmth in the room. The client liked the offered conceptual design of the bedroom, so we harmoniously combined the client's wishes and our ideas.
