SEASIDE APARTMENT
The project apartment on the sea size is 102 m2 and includes rooms such as living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and spacious terrace.
On the terrace there is a large table for 6 people, barbecue and hammock ideal for relaxing. The large area of the terrace and its shape allows the separation of places for larger gatherings from places to relax. The colors of the terrace make a combination of gray and black.
The living room is connected to the dining room and kitchen. The room has large windows that open the communication to the terrace, and a high fence on the terrace allows complete privacy. The space exudes simplicity and bright tones that create a feeling of warmth and comfort. On the wall next to the living room and dining room, we drew wallpaper that raised the room with its look and motif.
The hallway as an entrance area is divided into two parts by floor coverings. The first, entrance part serves to store shoes and clothes, while the second part of the hallway serves to connect with other rooms. Earth tones were used in the hallway in combination with floral pattern wallpaper. Since the hallway has a poorer supply of natural light, floodlighting was used.
The apartment contains a special room reserved exclusively for the wardrobe. It completely exudes soft colors such as pink chairs, soft pink wall color and white furniture decor that rounded off the look of the room.As the apartment contains a dressing room, we completely freed the bedroom from unnecessary pieces of furniture. Thus, the main two pieces in the room are the double bed and the storage console. The room is designed in earthy neutral tones with occasional gold detail. We achieved additional comfort in the room with the carpet, while we achieved complete intimacy in the room with curtains. The main color in the children's room is blue combined with white furniture. Due to the smaller size of the room, we only placed a bed and a desk that every young person needs.
